Overview

During my placement at Cardiff University I was asked to create a curriculum support website on WordPress using the Cardiff University Corporate Theme. The purpose of this website was to allow users to find out about the range of school related activities offered by Cardiff University.

I created a taxonomy using the Types and Views plugins which allows users to easily browse the activities. I created a child theme for the site where I changed the functions.php so it would display the correct data from the taxonomies. I followed the Cardiff University standards and used the Cardiff University UIKit to keep the site looking consistent with other University sites.
